Tanghulu is centuries-old Chinese street food — whole fruits on bamboo, dipped into molten sugar until they crack and shine like glass. We fell in love with it and brought it to the coast. We source every fruit fresh each morning, glaze every skewer by hand, and serve them before the sugar clouds.
Open daily from 10am — at the boardwalk, until the fruit runs out. And yes, we cater.
